At Airdrie Optometry, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the care and products you receive. We stand behind the quality of our services and eyewear, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Services
We want you to love your new eyewear! If you are not fully satisfied with your prescription lenses or frames:
- Prescription accuracy: We offer complimentary prescription re-checks within 60 days of your exam. If an adjustment is needed, we will remake the lenses at no charge.
- Frames: Unworn frames may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
- Custom lenses: Since lenses are custom-made, refunds are not available once they are produced. However, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments for comfort and vision clarity.
Contact Lenses
Unopened boxes of contact lenses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are in original, sellable condition.
Opened or used boxes cannot be returned unless the product is defective, in which case we will provide a replacement per manufacturer guidelines.Defective Products
If any eyewear or contact lenses are found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly repair, replace, or provide a store credit, subject to inspection and manufacturer warranty terms.
Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.Final Sales Items
